Kevin Schlosser, Shareholder and the Chair of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. has over forty years of experience in civil litigation. Kevin has won significant victories involving claims of fraud and misrepresentation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants at trial and on appeal. Many of the cases he has won have resulted in leading appellate court decisions. Kevin also represents clients in business transactions, structuring contracts and transactional documents to both preserve and avoid fraud claims. Kevin has served as Chair of the Commercial Litigation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association and is an active member of the Commercial Division Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
